Course Troubleshooting
Yes! myPrime automatically saves your progress. Just be sure to click the “Save” button on any long-answer responses before logging out, or you might need to type your response again.
Have you tried turning it off, and then turning it back on again? Kidding, but not really... Your progress is likely saved. So it is safe to exit the course and then log back in. If any progress was lost, or if the course is still frozen, email support@primeforlife.org.

You can access the program on any modern device with an internet connection, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
No! The creators of myPrime have several courses, and it matters which one you take. myPrime is not approved by any court system. Please check with your mandating office/court for specifics on which course you need to take.
